Our Vision
Yemen Customs Authority (YCA) always endeavors to improve its performance to render an effective service in record time aiming to serve the simplification of trade and lessen the burden and cost of the customs service.
The transparency, clarification and simplification of the service as well as one of the key objects of YCA, for the purpose of creating an active partnership with business, and following the global development in improved customs service in line with the international standards

Concerning Customs

Having perused the Agreement on Declaration of the Republic of Yemen,
AND the Constitution of the Republic of Yemen .
Passengers Service
Personal Possessions:
All ,not frequented, passengers enjoy the ability of entering the personal luggage and gifts with exemption from duties, fees and the other taxes, provided that their value should not exceed 100,000 YR, they should not be similar articles with commercial feature.
Connecting the Automated System with the Users' Offices
Service Provider: The General Department of Automated System through the Administrative Affairs at Customs HQ or the Automated System Department at the Customs Point.
Customs Tariff
Customs duties, fees and other taxes are collected according to the customs tariff law No.(41) 2005 and the general sales tax (GST) law No.(42) 2005; moreover the prepaid profit tax, taxes and other fees are collected according to decrees issued by the Minister of Finance
